We provide planning-only services: tailored itineraries, vetted supplier contacts, and operational guidance for Raja Ampat. You book and pay third‑party providers directly. We do not take commissions and do not control third‑party performance (boats, accommodations, transport, guides).

• DIY Blueprint (7–21 days): day‑by‑day route, transfer timings and buffers, 2–3 accommodation options per stop (homestays/resorts) with pros/cons, vetted boat contacts, supplier contact list with booking links, budget ranges, packing/safety checklist, custom Google Map.
• Group/Agency Pack: brandable itinerary PDF, booking SOPs, emergency protocol checklist, contingency day plans, and a 60‑minute training call.

Discovery form → free 20‑minute call → if both agree, we send a 50% deposit invoice → delivery (DIY in 5–7 business days; Group/Agency in 10–14 business days, depending on length/complexity) → one revision within 48 hours → 50% balance due on delivery (before final files are released).

• DIY Blueprint: USD $99–$499 depending on length/complexity.
• Group/Agency Pack: USD $499–$2,999 depending on group size/complexity.

Payment via Stripe or Wise. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late or failed payment may delay work.

One revision window within 48 hours of delivery for clarifications or minor adjustments. Substantial changes (e.g., new regions, major re‑routes) are out of scope and will be quoted.

Deposit is invoiced only after the discovery call and scope confirmation.

If you cancel before work begins, the deposit is refundable minus payment processing fees.

Once work begins, the deposit is non‑refundable.

If we cannot meet the agreed delivery window and you decline a revised date, we will refund the deposit in full.

Provide accurate information (dates, certifications, health considerations) and review deliverables promptly. You are responsible for your own bookings and payments with suppliers, visas, permits, insurance, and compliance with local regulations.

Adventure travel carries inherent risk. Our guidance is based on best available on‑the‑ground knowledge but cannot eliminate risk. You agree to travel at your own risk and to carry appropriate insurance (including dive insurance where applicable).

If requested, we can manage bookings for an extra fee quoted after intake. Supplier terms, payments and cancellations remain between you and the supplier.

All plans, maps, SOPs, and documents are our copyrighted material.

• DIY Blueprint: personal, non‑transferable license to use deliverables for your trip only.
• Group/Agency Pack: limited license to white‑label and use for the specified client/group. No resale, republication, or redistribution beyond these licenses without written permission.

We keep your trip details and deliverables confidential and use them only to provide services, except where disclosure is required by law or agreed for testimonials.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid to us for the affected service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for acts/omissions of third‑party providers.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, outages, government actions).

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oslo, Norway, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms. The latest version applies to new engagements and will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
