Delivery: 3–5 days (DIY) or 7–10 days (Group/Agency).

Not included
- I don’t take payments for third‑party services; you book and pay suppliers directly.
- I don’t control third‑party performance (boats, hotels, etc.).
- Flights, visas, insurance and park permits are not included, but I’ll advise where needed.
Process & policies (summary)
- Flow: discovery form → free 20‑minute call → 50% deposit invoice (if you proceed) → delivery → one 48‑hour revision → 50% balance due on delivery (before final files).
- Delivery windows: DIY Blueprint 5–7 business days; Group/Agency 10–14 business days (length/complexity dependent). Rush options on request.
- Payments: USD or EUR via Stripe or Wise. Business name: itinerariesAI Getilli (trading as Travel Raja Ampat).
- Revisions: one revision window within 48 hours of delivery (clarifications and minor adjustments).
- Refunds: deposit invoiced after the call; refundable (minus fees) only if you cancel before work begins; non‑refundable once work starts. If I can’t meet the agreed delivery window and you decline a revised date, your deposit is refunded in full.
- Ethics: no supplier commissions; recommendations are unbiased and field‑tested.
